At Anzac Alpacas we are very proud of our show success.
The Australian and New Zealand alpaca industries are recognised for breeding some of the most advanced alpacas throughout the world due to applying proven breeding techniques used within the already established fine merino wool industries.
Silverstream Alpaca Stud, Viracocha Alpacas and Sandjo Alpacas have put these techniques into practice including the scientific SRS breeding system.
Our success in our breeding programmes throughout New Zealand and Australia is evident in our superior offspring and our successful show ring results at both Royal and National level.
2010 British Alpaca Futurity
Champion Fawn Huacaya Fleece
Our superstar Anzac Glamour Girl has proven to be a true champion once again!
With over 140 fleece entries at the British Alpaca Futurity this year we were extremely proud to have been awarded Champion Fawn Huacaya Fleece.
Anzac Glamour Girl was awarded the highest points for fineness with 19.5 out of 20 being allocated on her fleece score chart.
This is a true indication of the fineness and quality we are breeding at Anzac Alpacas.
Anzac Glamour Girl, part of the Anzac elite herd, is due to give birth this year to our supersire Silverstream Czar of Anzac and we can't wait to see the result.
2009 South of England Show
With the debut of Silverstream Czar of Anzac in the UK show ring this was a huge show for us.
All eyes were on this magnificent macho and he showed himself off as
a true Champion does!
Czar was placed 1st Senior White Male to be later awarded Champion Male and then Best White of the show.
Then came the long wait for the Supreme line up, it seemed as though it was never going to be over.
It was the moment we had been waiting for and he was triumphant.
Czar was awarded Supreme Champion at his first UK show now bringing his Supreme Campionship awards to 9 in total.
We are so proud of Czar and would like to thank all our clients for their support.
Not only was Czar successful, all of his progeny that were shown won their classes!
Congratulations to Kingwell Rhapsody 1st Junior White Male, sired by Czar and owned by Kingwell Alpacas.
We can't wait to see this young male in the show ring next year.
Our most precious Czar daughter, Foreign Affair, was placed 1st Adult White Female and was then awarded Reserve Champion White Female.
Viracocha Prophecy dominated the blacks once again.
Three shows with three Championships! Not a bad start to the show season.
Prophecy was placed 1st Adult Black Male, Champion Black Male and Best Black of the Show, we were on cloud nine by this stage.
Glamour Girl again won her class being awarded 1st Intermediate Fawn Female and then went on to be awarded Reserve Champion Fawn Female.
Anzac Red Hot Chilli Pepper was placed 1st Junior Grey Male.
All in all this was a fantastic show and we couldn't have asked for more.
We look forward to seeing all of our clients and friends at the BAS National Show.

2009 Spring Alpaca Fiesta
Once again the Spring Alpaca Fiesta was held at Purston Manor and we must thank everyone involved behind the scenes.
It is without doubt one of the most beautiful venues I have had the pleasure to show alpacas.
The competition was tough throughout all the classes with some of the best alpacas being represented.
Once again, our black stud, Viracocha Prophecy didn't disappoint.
Prophecy was placed 1st Adult black male and then went on to be awarded Champion Black Male against the best blacks in the UK.
We are very proud of Prophecy's show ring acheivements and eagerly await for his first cria to be born in the UK.
Our fawn star, Anzac Glamour Girl, was placed 1st Intermediate Fawn Female and was later awarded Reserve Champion Fawn Female.
Anzac Red Hot Chilli Pepper was placed 1st Junior Grey Male and once again was awarded the Reserve Grey Championship!
This stunning grey male is only going to get better as his fleece developes, a young male to watch out for!
Our beautiful Czar daughter, Silverstream Foreign Affair, was placed 3rd Adult White Female.
Congratulations to Kingwell Alpacas for being placed 3rd Junior White Male with Kingwell Rhapsody. Rhapsody is sired by Czar and is showing huge potential.

2009 BAS Spring Show Results
Wow! What a start to the 2009 show season with Viracocha Prophecy of Anzac being crowned the Champion Black Huacaya Male of the show!
This secures his reputation within the UK industry and again proves that Viracocha are breeding some of the best black alpacas in the world.
The line up for Champion Black male was very impressive, with some of the best blacks in the UK represented including the 2009 Futurity Champion...so the Championshp award was even sweeter!
The celebrations didn't end there. We were delighted with Anzac Red Hot Chilli Pepper being awarded 1st Junior Grey male and then going on to be awarded Reserve Champion Grey Male at his first show.
This young boy has a huge future ahead of him.
Our treasured lady, Anzac Glamour Girl, who dominated the show ring last year was placed 1st Intermediate Fawn Female and Reserve Champion Fawn Female of the show.
What everyone was waiting for was the debut of the Czar cria to hit the show ring.
Well all we can say is they didn't disappoint!
Congratulations to Snowshill Alpacas with their stunning female Snowshill Alexandra, sired by Silversteam Czar of Anzac, who was awarded 1st Junior White Female in a huge class and then went on to win Champion White Female of the show.
What a fantastic result for Snowshill Alpacas and we wish them all the best with Alexandra in their future breeding programme.
Alexandra is certainly a female to watch on the show scene!
Congratulations to Kingwell Alpacas with the debut of Kingwell Rhapsody, also sired by Czar, a young male with a very big future.
Rhapsody was placed 4th Junior White Male, again in a huge class and he thoroughly impressed the judge and exhibitors.
One of our own precious ladies, Silverstream Foreign Affair of Anzac, by Czar, was placed 2nd Adult White Female to top it off!
